Delivery (by courier) is calculated on total order value as follows;  
£0.00  >  £19.99  = £5.00 delivery 
£20.00 > £60.99  = £12.00 delivery
£61.00 > £199.99 = £24.00 delivery
£200.00  or more  = £36.00 delivery                 

Checkout payments are handled by Paypal using either a Paypal account or you can use most credit/debit cards - press the continue link in the 'Don't have a Paypal account?' section for card processing.
