TERMS OF BUSINESS
In placing an order with us online and completing the checkout process you are accepting our Terms of Business.

• Confirmation of your mail order is by email from Paypal and then we normally despatch parcels within a week from the receipt of your order during the growing season (generally at the beginning of the week).
  
• During busy Show periods this process will be extended by an additional week if we are away from the Nursery.

Delivery is usually by Business Post Next Day Courier Service but some small orders may be sent using Royal Mail First Class Post.

• Your mail order parcel will usually arrive within 24 hours of despatch and can be tracked by us on the internet. Parcels can be sent to an address in England,Wales or mainland Scotland only.
  
• A signature will not be required but if you wish to email us additionally with a safe place for your parcel to be left then this information will be included on the delivery docket.  Please use our Contact us facility.
  
• If you are going on holiday please let us know so that we delay despatching plants until your return.

All plants are individually wrapped and labelled with details of the planting requirements of each plant. We believe all plants sent out by us are true to name and every effort is made to ensure they are of good quality when they reach you.

• On receipt all goods should be unpacked, inspected and given the correct growing conditions. In the event of goods being received in a damaged condition please let us know immediately by phone on 01455 273730 or 07931 557082 email - through Contact us (Within 48 hours maximum)

You have the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days of receiving the goods. If you do decide to cancel, you should put this in writing, either by letter or email. The goods should then be returned to us in good condition. Your postage will be refunded to you if you have fulfilled all these requirements.

The above policies do not affect your statutory rights.

ALTERNATIVES TO INTERNET PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
You can order by telephone and pay by card or by post with a cheque or by bank transfer.

Delivery (by courier) needs to be calculated on total order value as follows:
£ 0.00  > £19.99  = £ 5.00 delivery
£20.00 > £60.99  = £12.00 delivery
£61.00 > £199.99 = £24.00 delivery
£200.00 or more   = £36.00 delivery

If you wish to pay by bank transfer our bank details can be supplied upon request.
