30th November 2023 Excellent experience. The water lily I recently ordered arrived promptly, in good condition and with good planting instructions. I especially appreciated being able to ring Waterside and ask questions and get really good advice on care and planting of Wayerlilies.

9th November 2023 Parcel arrived in due time. However, plants had been damaged in transit with two stems being broken off. Not good. Better packaging with clearly designed 'which way up' labels might have helped the courier. Additionally, 'fragile' labels attached to the box would have impressed upon the courier the need for extra care. Disappointing
