9th June 2023 Initially had a problem progressing my order. I contacted Waterside Nursery and they were most helpful and I was able to proceed without further problems. The explanatory email was very easy to follow but what I was most impressed with was if I should have continued to have problems I could telephone them and speak to someone who would go through the ordering system with me. Such a joy to think that I would have been able to actually speak with someone. The plants arrived very quickly, well packed and in excellent condition. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm and will certainly order from them in the future. -

8th June 2023 This was my third order from Waterside in the last two months, the first two arrived very well packaged and in superb condition the third packaged just as well however the plants were not of the same condition - some dead and dying leaves and sad looking. A bit disappointing. I just hope they recover. -

7th June 2023 Great to find you. As an urban garden designer I oddly don't do that many ponds with plants and so finding a company that I feel I can trust for good plants but also with the knowledge to teach me more as I grow is invaluable. Thank you. We will be back. -
