Remove dead flower heads before seeds are formed as Iris pseudacorus 'Variegata' will not come true and cut back foliage in Autumn. Iris pseudacorus varieties are vigorous and will need dividing every 2-3 years. It will also appreciate a mulch of humus rich material if planted on a streamside or bog garden or fertilizer tabs if in a pond as it is a heavy feeder.
