Moist plants

Moist Plants perfect for planting in moist or damp areas (not wet mud)

These Moist Plants are already rooted in the pot size specified and able to be planted immediately into your moist, damp garden area.

  • Prepare an area especially for Moist Plants around your pond. For more information, look at Build a Damp Area on our Tips and advice pages.
  • This will create a wildlife haven for the shelter and protection of creatures as they return to or leave the pond.
  • For help in selecting the correct plants select Moist soil in the 'Soil Conditions' in our filters. ('Wet mud' is a separate Soil Condition if you have made a very wet, boggy area)
